FITZCARDBOARDALDO & THE CORRUGATION OF DREAMS
There are two short films I created in 2013. Both films are in the from of movie trailers and are all cardboard tributes to the Werner Herzog film "Fitzcarraldo" and the corresponding Les Blank documentary "The Burden of Dreams". Originally created as part of the Puppet Lab at St. Ann's Warehouse, the films were my first attempt at cardboard movie making, a technique I have sense elaborated on. To my surprise the films went a little viral when I published them online and were then invited into several film festivals.
